Sergey took excellent care of my needs from initial contact to followup after the service was completed. I scheduled an oil change for a car I drove about 1000 miles in the past year and the advisor told me when I got there that the dealership DOES NOT do regular oil change and that I must do the annual serv miles in the past year and the advisor told me when I got there that the dealership DOES NOT do regular oil change and that I must do the annual service which cost me about $300 more. I thought this was wrong of them to "upsell" the service which i did not like. Number one. Who doesn't do just oil changes. And two, I would've liked to have been told this at the time of making the appointment. The service was average at best. More
