With intake of the car I was asked what part of the wheel damage did I want repaired because I had an $850 max coverage. I informed the service writer that was not the case and asked that all wheel damage be damage did I want repaired because I had an $850 max coverage. They contacted us that the repair was complete and asked we pick up the car. This happened to be on the day of our son's high school graduation. After explaining this to Sergey he stated they had no flexibility in the process and the car must be picked up / loaner returned with-in there required timing. I asked was a porter available to bring the car to me and the answer was no. I was told however I could hire a tow truck to facilitate the exchange. We live well over an hour from the dealership but did make arrangements for my wife to get the car. Luckily family members contributed to helping do the items that my wife needed to do pertaining to our son's graduation. When arriving at the dealership we realized the wheel had not been repaired. I am a commercial fleet customer buying dozens of vehicle's from Jim Ellis and while the Chevy store / DP has always taken very good care of me I am very disappointed in the Porsche store. I think Porsche I think high end and WOW service. Unfortunately this experience was the wrong kind of WOW! More
