I took my Cayenne in for the yearly tune up and updates. They did a wonderful job, got me in and out in about five hours. Since we live in Macon, they gave us a loaner car so we did not have to sit around w They did a wonderful job, got me in and out in about five hours. Since we live in Macon, they gave us a loaner car so we did not have to sit around waiting. The only thing I wish they had done was to tell me ahead of time that they now add a 3% service fee if you pay with a credit card. If I had known, I would have taken cash if they do not take checks. (Guess you can tell I do not like service fees!) When I had taken my Boxster in for service work in the past, there wasn't a fee to pay with my credit card. All in all, I was very pleased with their work and I will continue to use them. More

Sergey was great at facilitating my vehicle receiving recall work, in a timely manner, after a miscommunication from a scheduler on the service date. He went out of his not only get my vehicle in, but to recall work, in a timely manner, after a miscommunication from a scheduler on the service date. The hours worked on car don’t match labor cost charged. On top of the high costs they charge an extra 3% if paid by card.
