Sergey is excellent in being informative and considering my time. He has been on time and efficient as we as maintained a high level of professionalism. He is the major reason why I continue to use this ser my time. He has been on time and efficient as we as maintained a high level of professionalism. My last visit, was complicated with the lack of loaner vehicle availability; loaner is necessary as I drive 30 miles for service here and services are major so waiting is not an option. Waiting area is very good. More

This is the second time I took my vehicle to get checked. My truck indicate overheating and to check coolant and went right back to normal with in 1 minute while driving. We pulled over and check the coolant My truck indicate overheating and to check coolant and went right back to normal with in 1 minute while driving. We pulled over and check the coolant and it was not low. So I made an appointment with Sergey Who assured my Husband that is normal for Porsche to over heating and it’s it’s normal and nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Now I have this vehicle that’s I drove less than 300,000 miles on it from when I purchase in Dec 2019 it overheats smells like antifreeze and smokes and I’ve been told it’s normal and it’s nothing wrong with the vehicle My husband is mechanically inclined and that is not normal I feel like I’m being ignored with my vehicle problems. More
