I found Sergey argumentative and not helpful.
He first claimed he could not even see the issue. He then claimed it was not covered under the CPO warranty. In the end, the issue was covered by CPO
He first claimed he could not even see the issue. He then claimed it was not covered under the CPO warranty. In the end, the issue was covered by CPO and fixed by Porsche NA. Then an outside door handle was not reconnected during the work and the car has to go back to be repaired.
