I could’ve had avoided unnecessary fees with my warranty that I paid for that’s pretty much useless. The only one that’s beneficial is tire and rim. Had maintenance done recently and while overall service was good i think the following subject item could have been handled better. The lettering on back of car came off. This was something that when t was good i think the following subject item could have been handled better. The lettering on back of car came off. This was something that when the vehicle was under warranty it also occurred. It was fixed then. When it happened recently I was told that I would have to pay more than $750 to replace the lettering. Imagine you are on the receiving end of such a position. We are not talking about Kia or Hyundai. We are talking about Porsche. Its not common place for lettering to fall off. I would have either expected Porsche to assume the cost or at a minimum offer a significant discount. The service advisor in my opinion lacked empathy and or the tools/solutions to address this issue. More
