Services department was terrible. It took three hours to do oil change with appointment. The rear panel screw came off. I request for new screw but not getting done. I noticed it when I got home I called service department but they didn’t pickup the phone. I had to drove back at 4:30 pm and they told me all the mechanics went home. I was asking for the manager and finally I had one technician come out and help. The job was done within 5”. What is the joke! More

Made an appointment for my 5000 mile inspection of my 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid Platinum Max. Their appointment system is excellent. This dealer has a seamless maintenance process. Got there an hour early; no worries they still checked me in immediately. They have a well oiled system where areas of their maintenance process is integrated and customer interface was comprehensive. They have two customer waiting lounge’s which serves a variety of free coffee and donuts plus free internet while your car is being worked on. They have numerous staff and garage maintenance facilities to handle vehicles like a well run factory. Great customer service. I highly recommend Toyota of North Austin! More
