The dealership over all is as good as a dealership can be. The service department was excellent except the process of getting a shuttle and picking up your car once it is finished. There were a lot of employees there running around doing tasks but they seemed very unorganized. And no one will converse with you asking if you need help. And when some do they come across as rude. But that may be their personality. While there I also waited to see someone in finance. I ended up having to wait 35 minutes for a five minute conversation. The finance employee was great though. Overall to drop my vehicle off, talk to the finance guy, and wait for a shuttle took 1 hour and 45 minutes. That’s just too long to wait! More
