From beginning to end the process was fast, I recently leased a 2019 Grand Cherokee from Salerno Duane in Summit. This is my second vehicle from them. From beginning to end the process was fast, painless, and enjoyable (both times). Because this is not a highway dealership, there were no high pressure sales tactics or fast one’s by the finance manager. My sales rep, Sergio, was highly professional and accommodating. He went above and beyond to get me the deal I needed. Once the deal was agreed to, we scheduled a time for me to pick the new vehicle up Saturday at noon. As soon as I walked in the finance manager knew my name (because I arrived on time for my appointment) and got me in and out of there in 25 minutes! I highly recommend Salerno Duane for anyone looking for an awesome car buying experience. More
