First off he was responsive and listened to what I was looking for. He was not trying to sell me something that was more just to make a sale, he really cared about getting me into the Durango I wanted. My schedule doesn't allow much free time to be in the dealership and he prepared all the upfront paperwork for me, so when I arrived I was in and out with the keys in hand in under 40 minutes.
