I purchased a Jeep from them. Buying process was easy but they did surprise me with a $525 fee to process the license plate transfer from previous vehicle to the new vehicle. I live in PA and they said this was the outside company fee. They ended up sending my registration 3 days before the temporary tag expired. This required me to scramble to get the car inspection and emissions. They also sent the paperwork to my old address and I gave them my new address when I purchased the vehicle. All of the paperwork was done with my new address but they managed to send the registration to my old address. This required me to go pick it up myself. No help from the dealership and no apologize for my inconvenience. Long story short, once I bought the car they didn't go out of their way to do anything for me. Not good customer service and would not buy another vehicle from them. Little things matter. More
