Upfront, knowledgeable and honest. I worked with Sergio while shopping for my 2018 Jeep JL Unlimited Sport S. Sergio was great, he was very knowledgeable about each product. He explain I worked with Sergio while shopping for my 2018 Jeep JL Unlimited Sport S. Sergio was great, he was very knowledgeable about each product. He explained the benefits and purpose of the options. He helped to guide me to a vehicle that fit my need and my budget. He did not try to upsell me or push me toward a vehicle that the dealer wanted gone. He cares about what works to fit my needs and budget. It was refreshing to not have to deal with pushy highway dealer salesman and to get some who knows what they are selling. Thanks again to all the people that helped me at S&D. Great Dealership. More

Great Experience selecting and leasing a Chrysler Mini-Van We have leased four vehicles through Salerno Duane Since 2008 and we have consistently had a very positive experience. Our sales rep, Sergio Ovalle, We have leased four vehicles through Salerno Duane Since 2008 and we have consistently had a very positive experience. Our sales rep, Sergio Ovalle, always helps us find a good deal on a vehicle that meets all of our stated needs and criteria. Sergio is friendly, patient, and accommodating, as our the other members of the sales team that assist with financing and warranty service options. We most recently traded in a financed 2014 Chrysler Town and Country for a 42 month lease on a new Chrysler Pacifica. We were able to get a great mini-van for a significantly lower monthly payment. Overall we highly recommend Salerno Duane and Sergio to anyone interested in Jeep, Dodge, or Chrysler vehicles. More

He knows the products thoroughly as he has spent a good deal of his career with them. I felt totally comfortable dealing with him and chatting with him as well. He saw to it that I was fully informed. He even drove me from the train station to the dealership upon my return to pick up the car. It is obvious why he continues to receive excellent ratings. More
