Not the typical Sales Rep I went to a another Dealership before going to Salerno and was there for about 10 min because I was dissatisfied with their service. I decided to go to Salerno Duane just to ask questions because it was the first time that I was looking for a new vehicle. At the beginning of my conversation, I was very upfront with Sergio and told him that I didn't want to waste his time. He told me that his job was to answer all my questions and have a full understanding about the sale/lease. What a difference! Sergio made me feel extremely comfortable, not pressured, he answered all my questions, went over every detail on the sale and on my new Grand Cherokee. I went back the following day and all that he had said did not change. I've heard horrible stories about experiences at dealerships, but my experience was completely the opposite. Thank you Sergio! Salerno Duane and Sergio Ovalle in particular were a pleasure to deal with. I went to their website to locate the vehicle that I wanted and called the dealership. I spoke with Dean Puleo, the sales manager, and he put me in touch with Sergio, a true professional who handled the negotiation expertly. The deal was made over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership a few days later, Sergio had all the paperwork and my new Overland ready to go. It truly was an enjoyable experience, made that much better by Sergio's desire to earn a new customer's business. I genuinely believe that he acted as my representative in the negotiation process. I will definitely be a repeat customer when it is time to lease my next Grand Cherokee. More
