Salerno Duane and Sergio Ovalle in particular were a pleasure to deal with. I went to their website to locate the vehicle that I wanted and called the dealership. I spoke with Dean Puleo, the sales manager, and he put me in touch with Sergio, a true professional who handled the negotiation expertly. The deal was made over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership a few days later, Sergio had all the paperwork and my new Overland ready to go. It truly was an enjoyable experience, made that much better by Sergio's desire to earn a new customer's business. I genuinely believe that he acted as my representative in the negotiation process. I will definitely be a repeat customer when it is time to lease my next Grand Cherokee. More

I was not too happy about that since my previous vehicle was in excellent condition and fully loaded. Recommend selling your vehicle elsewhere first. They also worked in a sunroof which I believe jacked up the price on the new vehicle . Overall. It was a fairly good experience. Mr Ovalle was very professional and friendly. He worked with what he had to offer from the dealership and his superiors. More
