I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. The service advisor assigned to me never contacted me with any updates regarding my vehicle. I initially dropped it off for an oi service department. The service advisor assigned to me never contacted me with any updates regarding my vehicle. I initially dropped it off for an oil change and requested a brake inspection, but it ended up taking four days to get my vehicle back. Throughout that time, I never received any communication and had to call three separate times just to get an update—otherwise, I would have had no idea what was going on. The customer service was extremely poor. There was no effort to assist customers, and the staff lacked basic courtesy, such as greeting customers with a smile. The lack of communication and professionalism is concerning, and unfortunately, I have to return for further service, leaving me worried about how long it will take next time. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope management takes steps to improve their customer service and communication. More

It was fine until the service was for. Had to then wait for them to bring the car around. There were several car porters just hanging around and goofing off. I have purchased several vehicles from Jessup Auto Plaza but the most recent would be my 2024 Chevrolet Traverse in June 2024 when I traded in my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. My experience with purchasing both but the most recent would be my 2024 Chevrolet Traverse in June 2024 when I traded in my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. My experience with purchasing both vehicles with the Sales Consultant Carlos Rodriguez and Finance Manager Art Iliano was not only professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and that is why I continue to return as well as refer my friends and family. My experience with the Service Department has been nothing more than a disappointment due to the lack of communication, effort, and overall professionalism including management. The fact that the dealership scanned and knew the error code and it still took over 4 encounters with service over 5 months my vehicle is finally repaired. More
