We entered the dealership at Herb Chambers Burling Had shopped at another dealer earlier in the day an came away with less than a positive experience. We entered the dealership at Herb Chambers Burlington and Sergio greeted us warmly and with a big smile. He listened to what we were interested in and quickly got us a CRV. We drove that for a while, tried the HRV and came back to the CRV. Sergio found a gray one my wife loved and we did the deal. He very patiently explained all the features to her and answered all her questions, mainly about the phone. This is our second vehicle from this dealer, we previously purchased a 2015 ODYSSEY, which also was a positive experience. Have had good luck with servicing that here and look forward to the same with the CRV. Sergio made this a very fun and low pressure day, he exceeded all our expectations. Thanks so much JM More
