Terrible Sales customer service. Incompetent service dept I waited for 2 hours on a Friday morning for someone in sales to give me an appraisal on a vehicle for trade in. No one bothered to talk to me. An ent I waited for 2 hours on a Friday morning for someone in sales to give me an appraisal on a vehicle for trade in. No one bothered to talk to me. An entry level sales rep kept asking me to wait and wait until his boss was done from a "meeting". Two hours later I got sick of waiting and I left. They don't know how to treat a customer. In another incident, I brought my car in for some warranty manufacturer recall work, and supposedly they fixed what they had to do ( I hope), however, they also changed my oil change sticker even though no oil was changed. Their incompetent technicians confuse customers cars with each other, and the wrong service probably ends up being done to your car. BEWARE! INCOMPETENT Dealership and NO Customer appreciation! More

Purchase of 2011 NIssan XTerra From the beginning, Nathan was attentive and helpful in helping me determine just what I was looking for in a vehicle, new or used, and one which woul From the beginning, Nathan was attentive and helpful in helping me determine just what I was looking for in a vehicle, new or used, and one which would fit my budget. We found the vehicle which fit those categories in an out of the way parking space and Nathan made every effort to learn about the 2011 XTerra to inform me. The test drive was excellent and from all the other information provided and vehicles shown to me, this one appeared to be a match. Although I was disappointed that my trade-in vehicle was assessed below my expectations, I accepted the terms. The financial team put together a plan fitting my needs quickly and we signed the sales contract. Within the period of my accepting the offered deal, the registration was completed through MVA using my original plates, the vehicle was quickly cleaned and I was able to drive it home. There was some disappointment that the prep mechanic didn't open the hood and see the corrosion on the battery or try to knock off some of the surface rust on the tow hitch and other spots. As a matter of convenience, I replaced the defective rear wiper blade and cleaned up the hitch rust buildup and lubricated the door hinges, which had rust accumulations from outdoor storage. I took the car back to the dealer the following day, questioning whether the rear tires were unsafe due to some apparent dry rot and asked them to clean up the battery posts and a couple other areas which needed some attention. The dealer did order a replacement cup holder for the rear seat. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and we agreed the tires were safe, despite the apparent wear. The front tires were new. We scheduled, and as a convenience to me rescheduled and completed the surface protection the following week. This is the third vehicle I have purchased through Younger Nissan and its predecessor dealers. The staff continues to be friendly, courteous and anxious to help. I appreciate the effort expended to accommodate my purchase. I continue to be pleased with the vehicle. More

Steve Latour, sold us the Nissan, he worked really hard to get us the one we wanted, and always Serg and the service team are wonderful. 1st New Car Service I had my 1st service performed on my 2014 Nissan Altima and I was pleased. The car came back looking better and feeling better than when I took it in. It drives smoothly and the tire pressures were adjusted. My service was an oil change and I was pleased. New car and service I went in for my last free oil change and was contemplating trading in the vehicle I have purchased in January for a vehicle with better gas mileage a I went in for my last free oil change and was contemplating trading in the vehicle I have purchased in January for a vehicle with better gas mileage and walked out with a BRAND NEW 2015 Nissan Rogue. Kyle was great to deal with and the finance guy was able to get our payments where we wanted. The service guys are all very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back to them in the future. More
