Great all around! Jim was an excellent salesperson, it took me about 3 months to finally make my purchase mostly because it was around the holidays. He never made me feel pressured to buy and never made me feel like I was missing an opportunity. When I came in to purchase he was readily available, kind, and cared about finding something within my budget. The college grad program is a great deal! I also got service done recently with Sergiu, he was AMAZING! I had been in twice before for oil change & his service was above and beyond. I pulled up & without any awkwardness he offered me what I needed for my car, again without making me feel pressured to purchase. He told me what was important & gave me a list of things to keep in mind for future visits. Overall he gave me a wait time that was ACCURATE! He didn't make me feel like I was an idiot, he explained everything in layman's terms. Awesome job!! More

Latest service Younger went over my Xterra three weeks ago in preparation for a trip to Seattle, Washington. I made the trip in five days with no problems of any kind. Upon return and 6500 miles later they again serviced my vehicle. Although there were things I was concerned about, they checked them and found everything to be OK and recommended I wait for the next scheduled service. This saved me sigqnificant money. They are always friendly and most importantly, they are honest. Sergiu Pricepa took care of me and as always treated me professionally and courteously. He is a credit to Younger. More

Though I opted out of the full service being offered at that time, Sergio explained the benefits of such without trying to "sell" me the service. He gave me an excellent suggestion for my next service visit. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Why didn't I give this visit a 5 star - my hub cap was not replaced properly so I had to redo when I got home. More

Power was out, but the people were not I dropped my car off for a one hour manufacturer recall requirement and an oil change. The job was done in the one hour, but electrical power was lim I dropped my car off for a one hour manufacturer recall requirement and an oil change. The job was done in the one hour, but electrical power was limited and the computer system was down so an invoice could not be generated. It took an additional hour for the power to be restored. At no time did Mr. Pricepa lose his composure or waste energy complaining; he simply did all he could to explain the situation. The problem was out of his control, but he did not come across angry or flustered. He was mature and responsible and I appreciated his calm attention to my situation. More
