Sales person was Serhan Alkan. He was one of the best sales people I have worked with. This is my third car bought from Kia of Leesburg and the service has always been excellent. Serhan took time to listen to what type of car I was looking for and explain all the options so that I could make an informed decision on what was the best choice of car for me. He did not pressure me and was very pleasant to work with. I also appreciate the time he took to explain the many new technology features that are on the new car compared to my previous Kia. I would definitely recommend Serhan to my friends who are looking for a new car. He has continued to stay in contact and has answered any questions I have had after the sale was final. More

I was not impressed. The guy who handled our trade and buy was very nice but needed lots of help which led to us being there 5 hrs. While my son had 2 sons at home waiting for us to return. The manager was upset that the person who offered me money for my car, in his opinion, offered too much. While we did get what was offered, I feel they jacked up other costs to offset. My husband bought his car in Claremont. I wish we had gone there; they were better to deal with; but I had bought my car here so figured they would consider loyalty but they did not & seemed to care less. More
