Woman setting appt. was unwelcoming and not knowledgeable. Showed up on time for the 4pm appointment and was told I would not be receiving the included car wash that Lu was unwelcoming and not knowledgeable. Showed up on time for the 4pm appointment and was told I would not be receiving the included car wash that Luther service includes in the price. No effort to give me any discount or to provide me any alternative - just told their staff didn't have time. This was our first use of the Alpha Romero dealership service center. Very disappointed, but stayed polite. Also, the sitting area had limited snacks/beverages and was not well stocked for what it did have. I had hoped for a better first impression. As a side note, we just bought this 2021 Guilia from another dealership. We test drove one Guilia at this dealership and it had a huge crack on the window. We wanted to drive another Alpha Romero they had, and was told it was not 'safe' to drive yet - despite being on the lot. These three things lead me to believe that Luther doesn't think this dealership is a priority and doesn't care that discerning buyers like us are paying attention. More
