THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE THE STANDARD. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY MAZDA NEEDED SERVICE BUT I FEW THOUSAND MILES OVER THE WARRANTY. I was very comfortable with their recommendations for repairs. There was never any pressure to OK the repairs. I had elected to wait for my car but he let me know it would be at least 3 hours and offer repairs. There was never any pressure to OK the repairs. In addition to needing an oil change, I was having engine troubles. Tim in the service department was extremely helpful, keeping me up to date on the process and findings. He and the department double and triple-checked my engine and latest updates on the vehicle to insure that the problem was completely resolved, for which most of the parts and labor turned out to still be under warranty due to the great Mitsubishi warranty policy. Due to an additional hour of work needed to complete everything, my vehicle needed to stay overnight, and when an update came out the next morning on a different aspect of my vehicle, Tim and the service department were quick to replace this as well. They really did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable throughout the process and to make the repairs as affordable as possible. I am new to Minnesota and have owned various other auto brands, and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with my vehicle. More

I purchased my 2002 Mitsubishi Montero from another dealer. If I had to do it over I would purchase from Brookdale Mazda/Mitsubishi. From the time of scheduling to the time of pick up it was a good e dealer. If I had to do it over I would purchase from Brookdale Mazda/Mitsubishi. From the time of scheduling to the time of pick up it was a good experience. Being female I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, or treated like I didn't have a clue about my vehicle. Everyone there seems to really like their job and that feeling is passed on to the customer. I would recommend Luther Brookdale to anyone. 5 Star Dealership More

No complaints! More expensive than I would have liked but that's just the cost of taking it to the dealer for repairs! The employees are always very friendly and helpful. We have bought cars from Walser, Metro, and the defunct Wayzeta Mitsubishi, and by far, Brookdale has the friendliest staff, the best prices and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. The staff at Luther Mazda, is absolutely amazing!! They are all so friendly, and helpful. I went in for an oil change, and was concerned about my exhaust pipes, one of the service men came out to my car t are all so friendly, and helpful. I went in for an oil change, and was concerned about my exhaust pipes, one of the service men came out to my car to look at it, and directed me on what I should do. I was so pleased that he took the time to come diagnose my issue. And I love that they always wash my car, that's truly a bonus!! More

My first 2 cars have been Fords but decided to go for a Mitsubishi, first because I enjoy the new eclipse and 2nd because Ford has had terrible customer service in the past. The customer service with Mitsubishi has been pretty good thus far, but the only thing that bothered me was when, I had a tech in my car so I could show him the issue I had with my driver side speaker. First reply that came out was rather negative and was him saying "Not sure if I can fix that because bass today causes issues with speakers and since that is a techno song, I am not sure, but I can check in with the boss" or whomever he was referring to. After hearing that I looked up my warranty which states that audio unit parts are covered for 3yr/36000k miles. I was a bit nervous waiting for a phone call about the car. But sure enough when I arrived to pick up the car it was all fixed and that made me very very happy. I guess all I can say is everything was A+ and if your techs could be a little more positive before they speak with customers, that would be great. More
