They provided great service and the entire team were courteous. Tim took his time to explain everything and services that were done to the car in languages that I understood given that my expertise is courteous. They take a very long time. I took my car there for its first service, was there for hours. Finally left and my tire pressure light was on. I got home checked my tire pressur I took my car there for its first service, was there for hours. Finally left and my tire pressure light was on. I got home checked my tire pressure and had to fill my tires. The tire pressure light was still on, so I called them. I got a very rude receptionist on the phone, I explained my situation to her and her response was “So do you want to bring the car in?” In a really nasty tone. Made an appointment for that Friday, waited there for 4 hours just for them to tell me that all they had to do was fill the tires. My hubby was a mechanic for many years, I am an aircraft mechanic.. I think between the two of us we know how to fill tires. So obviously they screwed up the sensor the first time and didn’t want to say. I have another free service left, but there is no way I will bring my car back there. More

The service was good, I was there for routine maintenance and it was as expected. They didn’t try to sell me on any extras. This was my first time coming to this Toyota dealership, we moved and my old one i and it was as expected. They didn’t try to sell me on any extras. This was my first time coming to this Toyota dealership, we moved and my old one is a lot further away. It is a busy location, so prepare to wait. I waited twice as long as I did at the other Toyota dealership. I also had my 2 kids with me. The “children’s room” is disgusting, so avoid that. I was there in the morning and there was crackers on the floor, stains on the carpet and the table looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a week. There were no other kids there. Additionally, the toyota bathrooms do not have a changing table. Plan to walk to the dealership next door for that or avoid bringing children if you can. More
