My experience started when I first entered there shop. I My experience started when I first entered there shop. I was greeted by a friendly associate in the service dept who handed me off to Mr. Benny Mak m My experience started when I first entered there shop. I was greeted by a friendly associate in the service dept who handed me off to Mr. Benny Mak my service advisor. I explained my problem to him and he immediately expedited my repair. I had to leave my car for the day and he offered me a ride home and coffe and bagels to go. He called the first time to give me an update on the status of my car and then called again to tell me it was ready to go. Since the trouble with the car was the seat heaters and my car was only one month old there was no charge. I would like to thank atlantic toyota service department and Mr. Mak for a job well done. On Sept. 27, 2013, I went to Atlantic Toyota's Service Dep't for my 2013 Rav 4 for first time service. I was greeted by Tim Keehner in a very professional matter. Tim was very kind and informative Service Dep't for my 2013 Rav 4 for first time service. I was greeted by Tim Keehner in a very professional matter. Tim was very kind and informative. I gave Atlantic Toyota this rating due to the expertise of Toyota's technicians, and timely completion of the service I received. I do look forward to future services needs. I would like to mention my bad experience I had with my return lease from my 2010 Toyota Prius. Atlantic Toyota's financial management were unfair and did not return a simple phone call, not did they attempt to help solve an issue that was unfair to me. I can give you a detailed summary in another survey if you desire it. I give Atlantic Toyota's financial management a "THUMBS DOWN" due to there lack of concern and unprofessional approach concerning the issues I had. I would probably look for another dealership if I need to purchase or lease in the future because of the treatment I received. Thank you for reading this review. Atlantic Toyota's service is terrific however, I can't say the same for Toyota's financial management team. More

Took my Rav4 for 5000 mile oil change. Everyone was nice and when I sat with Wayne to address my concerns, he was very helpful, even walking to my car to check out what I was talking about. The waiting room was comfortable, liked that it had TV and wifi. When all said and done, fluids were toped, tires rotated and left feeling happy and safe. More

Inner tie rod was shot, they fixed it for free due to under warranty, no problems. Very helpful, will come back! My appointment was for 8:00 AM, but I arrived at 7:30 AM and the service people took my car right away. I came in for an inspection renewal, and check the fluids, tires, etc. I did not have to wait long. and the service people took my car right away. I enjoy the atmosphere in the waiting room, reading the newspaper, watching TV. More
