He was extremely friendly and helpful and didn't try to sell me anything. I've been to another Toyota dealer (where I bought the car) for service and they kept telling me I needed things I didn't need. The waiting room was very bright and airy, and provided coffee and bagels. I was out of there in 2 1/2 hours, which was approx. the time Mike told me. He is an asset to the Service Department at Toyota. Thanks, Mike! More

Mike Jaworski is very knowledgable and explains everything you need to know regarding your service. If Mike is off or on vacation my next go to guy is Timothy Keehner. He has helped me many times in the past and is also knowledgable and very helpful. I decided to lease a 2015 RAV 4 from this dealership and dealt with many employees here. I would like to list those names here as courteous, friendly and professional. Jean Miele, Shaz Khan, Fawad Hosman, Ralph Rivera. I woukd also like to mention mechanics Armando and Jeremy who are A1 mechanics. Last but not least Evelyn who greets you with a smile when you bring your car into the service garage. checkup for first time on my Corolla This was my first time as my car is only 5 months old. I enjoyed the muffins, bagels and coffee. What a great touch. The wait was two hours long which to me seemed excessive as you just had to check the oil, fluids and tire pressure. My car was the last one out from the people you arrived at 7:15 AM and I'm sure their cars were older? More

Had my 15,000 mile check I made the appointment and was able to get one within 24 hours. I was greeted by Carlos who was most pleasant. The car was done in less than 40 minu I made the appointment and was able to get one within 24 hours. I was greeted by Carlos who was most pleasant. The car was done in less than 40 minutes.
