You can make the appointment online, and you get a confirmation. You drive right in to the service department, where an associate takes the info off the vehicle and records the mileage. You speak with a service advisor in a cubicle that is adjacent to your parked vehicle, and verify the service/repairs you want done. If you choose, you can wait in their customer lounge which has multiple TVs. The work is promptly and efficiently completed, they are ultra professional and courteous, and they send you on your merry way, your vehicle good for another 5K to 10K miles. Atlantic Toyota service department could be a model for other dealerships! More

Terrible I was very upset about my experience there. I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and NYS inspection. I've been there twice before I was very upset about my experience there. I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and NYS inspection. I've been there twice before and I have never been charged for this service because I have the Toyota Care Plan which is good for two years or 25k miles, which my car is below both of those cutoffs. The service dept then calls me and tells me I need a cabin air filter and it's $79.99 which is ridiculous for a $10 part that can be changed in 5 minutes, so of course I tell him no and he tells me everything else is going to cost $140. I told him I have the Toyota care plan and it is no charge. He then says my car is a Fleet vehicle so I don't qualify for the free service. I explained to him I received the service twice already and he said whoever gave it to me before made a mistake. I probably would have paid it but after he tried to rip me off for the cabin air filter I knew he was probably lying about that also. I called the Toyota corporate office and they said they had no idea what he was talking about when he said fleet vehicles were excluded and they said that information wouldn't come up anyways when they themselves looked it up on the computer. They called the service department to tell them and I then I get a call from Them saying there was a mistake in the computer and I would not be charged. I know exactly what went on, they tried to charge me for a free service and had i not called to investigate I would have been ripped off for $200. You can remove me from your system because I can guarantee I will never come back there. More

Excellent service department So far I've had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Jaworski and Wayne Weinstein, and both service managers are top notch. The service was quick and thorough so no complaints here! I leased the car through another dealership, and after waiting HOURS for the first service to be completed at that dealership, I switched to Atlantic and never looked back. When our lease is up next year, I will have my first leasing experience with Atlantic. More

She I have my car serviced at Atlantic Toyota in Amityville, NY. Tasha Drew, service representative is the friendliest and most knowledgeable person. She greets you with a smile, understands the issues needed to be addressed and gives you a fair and honest assessment. While you sit in her office, Tasha will treat you with respect and always make you feel like you and your vehicle are of the utmost importance at that moment. Her pleasant demeanor makes your visit quite enjoyable. I travel many miles to Amityville because I know that the service and care I receive are well worth the time and effort it takes to get there. Because the distance to my home in Oceanside is rather lengthy, Tasha will always see to it that I may borrow a loaner car to get home. Trust me when I say that you will not find such considerate treatment in many other service shops. Tasha is truly one in a million and I am so glad that we crossed paths in our lives.
