WORST. PLACE. EVER. What a huge mistake going to this place for repair. Not only do they insist on nickel-and dimeing you into unnecessary repairs, they also try and talk What a huge mistake going to this place for repair. Not only do they insist on nickel-and dimeing you into unnecessary repairs, they also try and talk 70-year old people into buying new engines. I experienced this while in the waiting room, and I was about to step in, when Wayne Weinstein called me over to tell me what I needed to fix. Wanted to charge ME to fix the tire that HIS mechanic flattened with a nail. To top it off, the only thing that Wayne was concerned with was getting his "high customer satisfaction" score, without actually trying to make sure I was satisfied with the service. So after completing the satisfaction survey, I get a voice mail from this "man" basically threatening me, speaking VERY disrespectful to me, and telling me I'm not welcome back at HIS shop. Not sure about you, but I don't feel these are the actions of a dealership worth giving your business to. More
