Sandy and Reggie were awesome!!!! I had the pleasure of working with Reggie and Sandy in purchasing my Hyundai Santa FE. I had done severval months research on this vehicle and knew w I had the pleasure of working with Reggie and Sandy in purchasing my Hyundai Santa FE. I had done severval months research on this vehicle and knew what I wanted. I had found the Hyundai Santa Fe through the internet and received prompt attention from the internet sales team, specifically Tabitha and Katherine. Reggie was our sales rep that was showed us vehicle and I can not tell you how comfortable I felt looking over the car. Reggie allowed my boyfriend and I the opportunity to view the vehicle without talking over us, giving us excuses, or just being "the cheesy car salesman" that we all can't stand. I found the experience to be very relaxing and when it came time to negotiating the price of the vechile Sandy was awesome. Sandy understood the price point we were looking for, the reasoning why we wanted the Hyundai Santa Fe and he understood the "give and take" mentality between car dealers and the buyer. Both Sandy and Reggie were extremely down to earth, we felt very comfortable around them and they went the extra distance to follow up with us via text messages and or voicemails. In one day out with new car, Very Happy All went well, we had a Toyota Matrix for over 10 years and now enjoy the Rav 4 and are happy with both. He then advised the route I should take which saved me a lot money. I'm so grateful to him. He restored my faith in dealership service I had some bad experiences prior and i stoppped serviceing my car with them. But Benny changed all of that and I'm truly happy with the outcome and I will return for servicing. More

brand new off the show room, needs service in 2 weeks Yes, I had purchases a car a little over 3 weeks ago. 2013 Scion xB right off the show room floor. I fell inlove. It's the perfect car for me. But the Yes, I had purchases a car a little over 3 weeks ago. 2013 Scion xB right off the show room floor. I fell inlove. It's the perfect car for me. But then something went wrong with a computer that wasn't reading a sensor. I had to take it in before I made my first payment. I was upset that it already needed to be serviced, but I believe his name is Steve helped me throughout the whole process. He made sure I understood what was wrong, gave me a rental car and I got my car back the next day. It turned my frown upset down. He was super friendly, nice and even though it seemed like he was going through chaos of a never ending line of cars, he made sure I left with a smile. I'm not mad that something went wrong with the car it was a malfunction. And Toyota fixed it! I'm grateful to have bought my car from here. And everything was covered under warranty. Couldn't ask for a better Toyota team at this place. More
