New car issues I purchased a2014 rav 4 limited. There were certain things that were promised to me with sake that we're not in it when I picked it up. Also the car I purchased a2014 rav 4 limited. There were certain things that were promised to me with sake that we're not in it when I picked it up. Also the car had scratches on it. Since my salesman was no longer with the dealership I dealt with finance manager Fred who took care of everything and made arrangements with Benny. Even though it took longer than expected to resolve the issues everything came out great. More

First Service Visit Well, I must say that I was quite impressed with my first service visit for my new camry. Fast and friendly serivce My car started to make some weird shaking/rattle noise while driving. I called Toyota from the road and they took me immediately without an appointmen My car started to make some weird shaking/rattle noise while driving. I called Toyota from the road and they took me immediately without an appointment, even though it was the end of the day. Turns out I needed front break service, they gave me a loaner car and had my car fixed the next day. Everyone was friendly and helpful, highly recommend this service department to anyone. Thank you! I've brought my car her for service about 20 times, because it's very conveniently located. I will never bring it there again. About 1 in every 4 visits there's a major problem. The service always take because it's very conveniently located. I will never bring it there again. About 1 in every 4 visits there's a major problem. The service always takes longer than promised, sometimes days longer; twice they've "forgotten" that my car was there. The last time - which will truly be the last time - they broke a critical part in the car, and yet reinstalled the broken part, knowing full well that this would lead to my car breaking down on the road shortly after. It did, and I called them on it, and they still haven't called me back. Worst customer service ever. More
