Our Service department is dedicated to making our customers comfortable and their cars maintained and safe. We provide two waiting areas stocked with fresh coffee and donuts complimentary as well as other refreshments available. We have four service writers and 15 technicians, which includes three master techs, waiting to assist you.

Wow! That’s the least of what I can say about the service department at Toyota of Florence. On Friday we were traveling from NJ through SC to Florida wh That’s the least of what I can say about the service department at Toyota of Florence. On Friday we were traveling from NJ through SC to Florida when our “red triangle of death” appeared on our MFD of our 15 year old Prius. When we called the dealership, without a prior appointment, we were told that the best they might be able to do is look at it on Monday. We really had no other choice, and lined up a rental from the dealership, expecting a week long wait and delay on our trip. We met with Tabitha Lane, who was very sympathetic to our dilemma, but rightfully reiterated how busy the shop was, and promised to get to it as soon as possible. We left with our rental, expecting to have to make a 7 hour return trip from Florida once the evaluation and (possibly) repair was to be made the following week. Imagine our surprise when, less than 2 hours later, we were contacted and told that the car was being evaluated, they knew what was wrong, had the parts in stock, and their best mechanic was going to do the repairs, SAME DAY, and we would have the car back by 5:45 that day. NO WAY! When does this ever happen? A Toyota owner with no prior relationship with Florence Toyota, and possibly no future relationship, and we were given exceptional royal treatment? There are no better words than exceptional for the entire staff, with a specific shout out to Tabitha at the service desk and Patricia at the rental desk. Take a bow, you deserve it for going above and beyond. Thanks again. More
