I just purchased my fourth vehicle from 495 Jeep which in itself says something. Ownership takes great pride in all aspects of the dealership from its spotless showroom and comfortable service waiting room t itself says something. Everyone has their own take on service so I can only speak for myself. Like most car owners there have been times, (at a different dealership), that I had been less than happy with the price for the work and the explanation relating to cost, not so at 495. Admittedly, I have had no major mechanical issues. Service department manager was helpful, explained my questions and minor work was done in a timely fashion at a price that seemed reasonable. In closing, buying a car should not be stressful and thanks to my salesman Phil, finance manager Jack and the guy who runs the show, Shah, I have always driven away smiling and no, I’m not a relative.
