I just purchased my fourth vehicle from 495 Jeep which in itself says something. Everyone has their own take on service so I can only speak for myself. Like most car owners there have been times, (at a different dealership), that I had been less than happy with the price for the work and the explanation relating to cost, not so at 495. Admittedly, I have had no major mechanical issues. Service department manager was helpful, explained my questions and minor work was done in a timely fashion at a price that seemed reasonable. In closing, buying a car should not be stressful and thanks to my salesman Phil, finance manager Jack and the guy who runs the show, Shah, I have always driven away smiling and no, I’m not a relative. More
