My daughters and I was looking for a new car for me and Shan came to meet us in the show room and was very nice and friendly and treated us like she wanted to sell me a car without pressure and we went for Shan came to meet us in the show room and was very nice and friendly and treated us like she wanted to sell me a car without pressure and we went for a test drive and she made us feel welcome and answered questions and she never said can you afford this new car. Friendly, efficient, energetic, and compassionate for people with special needs, Shan was a joy to meet and work with. Ther not have been more ideal. It was a pleasure to work with Shan for the last week. I came to the dealership for a regular maintanence on my Honda Pilot and was loaned an Odyssey, which I loved. I spoke to Shan on Wednesday to obtain came to the dealership for a regular maintanence on my Honda Pilot and was loaned an Odyssey, which I loved. I spoke to Shan on Wednesday to obtain general information about the car, then on Thursday to set up a time to assess how much the trade-in value of my Pilot was on Friday. My husband and I decided to look at it together and meet with Shan on Saturday, and purchased the car. Shan was very nice in speaking with me on a daily basis and allowing us to have time to consider our purchase. She was friendly, knowledgable and upbeat. I also have to say Ivo, the Financial Advisor, was a great person to work with as well. We have owned 2 Hondas for 4 years now and have nothing but excellent service at this dealer, from the porters, to the service men, to the sales team. We have been impressed to say the least. Shan was our sales person at that time and we found her just by luck. She was great to work with, very friendly and understanding and took the time to make sure my son understood all the details. She made his first buying experience a pleasure. The second time we visited this dealer was to buy a vehicle for ourselves. Honestly, we had forgotten who we dealt with the first time, but by chance, we saw Shan walking out the door as we were driving up, which prompted us to ask for her once we got inside. Again, she was wonderful, very up-front about things and just a pleasure to work with.
