Don’t buy from these crooks. I purchased a used vehicle for nearly thirty grand, only for the transmission to go out on me less than a week later. Fortunately for them, the vehicle still had it’s factory warranty and I was given a replacement tranny with a loaner car to pacify me until repairs were made. It’s clear these future corpses don’t test or inspect cars before selling them. Then, I got an inspection before the end of my warranty, only for service staff unable to discover any problems, yet I come back in two weeks later for an oil change to discover I have a critical repair that needed to be done. So, I guess they couldn’t catch preventive maintenance during the longevity of my warranty and I am stuck paying the bill for something that would have been previously paid for. I get it, car dealerships aren’t charities. They exist to squeeze as much money as possible out of their customers. Yet, these underhanded practices are going to hurt people. I didn’t pay this astronomical amount of money to have these kinds of problems within three years of my purchase. I’m surprised hate has yet to manifested itself within a cut-throat dealership such as this one. More

The company was very dishonest in fixing my car. They used glue to stick back a damaged part leading to damage of the car. But they took my money for the new part - didn’t use it but instead used the old part and used GLUE to attach it. They were hoping that I would not notice. Smh. They failed to document their fault officially and gave the run around with a lot of verbal promises to pacifier the magnitude of the situation. I have lost all trust with the company and will never take my car here again. It makes me wonder what other dishonest things have occurred to my car over the last 3 yrs of being a customer here. They lack integrity! More
