Brought my ioniq5 for a routine 16k mile service. After waiting for 5hrs, i was told everything was done: tires realigned, rotated, air and all fluids topped off, and - per my request - cabin filter After waiting for 5hrs, i was told everything was done: tires realigned, rotated, air and all fluids topped off, and - per my request - cabin filter and wipers replaced and sent on my way. Shortly after leaving, i had the wiper fluid warning come up. I checked tire pressure and saw that all the tires were still at the exact psi when i brought them in. Even worse, the tires were in the same place they had been. No rotation had been done. Then noticed that the OBD cable was left hanging in the driver footwell. I realized that apart from wiper being replaced, Nothing else had been done. I'd paid over $300 for the "service". I had to take the car back the following day, insist that everything be redone and wait another 3 hours. I maintained composure (because, of course), but this is completely unacceptable! More

Impossible to reach by phone. Only the line for sales works on the automatic phone tree (interesting how the line to buy a car works, but not the one to get repairs done). After d Only the line for sales works on the automatic phone tree (interesting how the line to buy a car works, but not the one to get repairs done). After days of attempting to reach out about a warranty extension, I left a message with one of the sales reps. Never heard back. Reached out via Facebook, was promised a call back. Never recieved one. Used the chat function on the website, only for them to say they didn't know and couldn't help. No phone call when car was finished, and had no way to reach them. Staff was nice but oblivious to the issue when I arrived, hoping my car was finished, since there was no communication at all up to this point. More

It's a great dealership but the last service I scheduled took almost 4 hours for an oil change.
