Usually people think of a salesman almost like a shark trying to get everything they can get out of you and let me tell you this just doesn't seem like Streer VW. The whole staff was great. They were smiling and happy and they really believe in their product. They never once felt pushy and they just give you a great deal. I can't believe I've never been to a dealership like this. Building is clean and offers great amenities while you wait for paperwork or servicing. I am definitely recommending VWs and Street VW to my friends and family. Tyler was an amazing help More

Outstanding sale/customer service I had already found a vehicle at another dealership but Street VW had a more attractive color at a higher advertised price. After a phone call with Ky I had already found a vehicle at another dealership but Street VW had a more attractive color at a higher advertised price. After a phone call with Kyle I got on a plane from Dallas an they were reasonable to match a competing deal. Service from July and Kyle was outstanding. I had overlooked a small issue on my new purchase and these guys went out of their way to make it right despite having zero obligation to do so. Jeanine was outstanding working with my private financing and I was never pressured to keep it in house if I didint want to. I was hesitant to even contact Street VW base on a higher advertised price than what I was looking for and reading a few reviews that were less than positive. In the end Im glad I called and got a great deal with outstanding service that exceeded my expectations. More
