Shane told me what repairs were recommended for my vehicle in a way that was very detailed but yet easy for me to understand. He was very friendly and patient answering the questions that I had. Lastly, he was honest, with a no pressure approach as he prioritized for me the recommended service repairs starting with safety and drivability of the vehicle rather then cost which was greatly appreciated.
