We were considering to purchase a Toyota Corolla Cross SUV in Elgin, IL but my wife wanted to make one more trip back to M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, IL to test drive a 2021 Nissan Rogue SV AWD. We arrived there late on a Friday night with about 1 hour before closing. Our Sales person was Shane Mageland and he allowed us to take the vehicle for a test drive, paying close attention to our specific concerns about the vehicle performance. Shane answered all of our questions and went over many of the features that were different from our 2018 Nissan Rogue. My wife and I were thinking about going home and thinking about it but my wife was so impressed with the vehicle and with how thorough Shane was throughout the entire process, she thought we should go ahead and make an offer on the vehicle. Shane negotiated with his Manager on our behalf and was able to adjust the selling price so we would feel more comfortable with the numbers and payment terms. They ended up staying 1.5 hours past Closing time in order for us to purchase the 2021 Nissan Rogue. Shane did an amazing job for us and we could not recommend him any more highly. He reached out to us afterwards and asked us to feel free to contact him personally if we have any additional questions or if he failed to explain something while we were discussing making the purchase. Shane is a great salesperson and made us feel totally comfortable about purchasing this vehicle from M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, IL. This now makes 2 vehicles purchased at M'Lady Nissan. I imagine there will be more in the future because of people like Shane!
