Alex Zevelev was our salesman and we could tell right away his years of experience with the technology in the new Nissan’s is second to none. We took up much of his time over multiple visits learning about our eventual purchase. He carefully explained ALL the features on our Rogue SV. He made certain we were comfortable with our purchase and this was the right vehicle for us. No other dealership took the time we needed to make an informed decision. Shane Mahowald also made us feel like they wanted to EARN our business. We were greeted by him and Alex and immediately showed us to a beautiful lounge area where we were invited to enjoy coffee or beverages and cookies. We felt the sales staff was exceptionally professional through the entire process from start to finish. Alex repeatedly went out of his way to make us feel that this was the best dealership to do business with, and proved to us that he is the right person to answer ALL our many questions. I have bought several cars form Mark and there's a reason for that. He is responsive, flexible to MY schedule, and doesn't try to sell me something I don't want. Mark came in on his day off to help get my car buying experience under way.. I gratefully appreciate him doing that. Keith was also very helpful and efficient in the finance office.
