We went to many dealerships in the area (from New Port Richey to Brandon and everywhere in between), including other Ford dealerships, looking at specific makes and models. We came back to Parks Ford because of the professionalism and vehicle knowledge exhibited by Sales Consultant Robert Vido. The experience at Parks Ford was very different from the other dealerships. On our first visit to the dealership, we told Mr. Vido the vehicle in which we were interested and he brought a vehicle from the lot that met the general criteria we described to him. Mr. Vido did an excellent job showing and demonstrating to us all the features of the vehicle. No other salesman at any other dealership came close to Mr. Vido when it came to his straightforward and professional manner. He didn't act "folksy" or yammer on, he just sold the car on the car's merits. He answered all of the questions we threw at him because he knew the product he was selling. At the end of the day, that is all the customer wants. Tell us about your product and let us decide what is best for us. We were torn between a Toyota and the Ford, but at the end, we knew the Ford best fit our needs. We had decided on a specific color, trim and options on the Focus we wanted to purchase that was not common and, therefore, Parks Fords set out to find it. They did a great job finding exactly what we needed from another dealership and got the car to us in time to give it to our daughter as a gift on a special day. The financing department did not make us crazy and we were happy with the price we paid for the vehicle. All involved treated us in a courteous and professional manner, which was very appreciated since we were exhausted at the end of our search. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. We had a small problem with one of the vehicles on a test drive, and everyone did everything they could to make sure the issue was resolved and we left with exactly what we wanted.
