I wasn't sure what kind of new vehicle I wanted or from which manufacturer. I was driving a Toyota Solara and, of course, considered Toyota Sequoia as I wanted a bigger more finely appointed vehicle from which manufacturer. I was driving a Toyota Solara and, of course, considered Toyota Sequoia as I wanted a bigger more finely appointed vehicle than the Solara. I also looked at the Hyundai Genesis and Equus and wanted to consider the Ford Expedition, Explorer and Taurus SHO. Parks Ford was near my home so I went there late on a Friday afternoon and David Bonsey patiently explained all of the features, similarities and differences ampng the three body styles that held my fancy. Even though I told him I didn't know when I would be interested in purchasing a vehicle, he spent a lot of time with me even as other potential buyers drifted into the dealership. I had enough time to drive a vehicle and David set me up to test drive a loaded Explorer. Nice car! I was introduced to Shane Norsworthy, a sales manager, who was personable and accomodating. I had to leave after the test drive and there was no pressure or uncomfortable, pointed questions - just "ask for me when you come back". I saw a few other dealers of vehicles I had considered and came to appreciate the features and reputation of Ford vehicles and the no-pressure approach of David and Shane. I had received a ballpark price on two competing vehicles at other manufacturer's dealerships and e-mailed David and Shane to see if they would give me a ballpark price on the Fords I was considering. They responded promptly by e-mail and without the annoying dinnertime phone calls. What stellar service! I never felt like my integrity was in question or that they were worried about me playing them off another dealer - I told them that if I bought a Ford, I would buy it from Parks if they offered me a good deal and David and Shane took me at my word. I went back to Parks Ford still undecided and test drove three more vehicles with David before deciding upon a fully loaded Taurus SHO. Now for the grueling, back-biting, take-no-prisoners, throw-your-granny-under-the-bus negotiating phase. Well, I was ready. I had research on my trade-in, research on the car I had selected and a good idea of what I wanted to pay. I was well hydrated, had my iPad linked to their WiFi and had tucked two MREs into my briefcase. I was ready to spend the five hours it took to negotiate the last car I bought. But in less than thirty minutes, David and Shane put a deal together that was fair, reasonable and well within my range of expectations. That was the fastest and easiest way I have ever purchased a car and I have purchased a lot of vehicles in the last 52 years. It took a day or two for them to find the exact car I selected and I returned for delivery expecting the usual wrestling match with the "Business Representative" to dodge all the extras I might not want and close a simple car loan. Carlos Gonzales was disarmingly friendly but I had been fooled by this old tactic when buying a brand new 1962 Pontiac Catalina (remember those?). Carlos seemed to sense that I was impatient and ran me very quickly through the extended warranties and then had all my paperwork ready for signature in less than a dozen minutes - even after I requested a change in the loan amount. All-in-all, It took more time for David to demonstrate all the gadgets and features in my new Taurus SHO than it took Carlos to get me in and out of his office. Another first! Parks Ford is a nice place to do business and it's a bonus that it's so close to home. More

Appreciated and enjoyed the experience of working with Andre Alvarado. He did an excellent job walking us through the vehicle, answering our questions, addressing our concerns. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and features, did a good job selling without being pushy and overbearing. My wife and I both enjoyed our interaction with him. On the sales manager and finance front, both Shane and Paul were very friendly and helpful. Paul especially was consultative but wasn't overbearing in pushing additional items. I appreciated that he knew how to push and knew when to quit pushing. The manager, Duber, was also very appreciative of our business. He was professional but personable. We enjoyed the experience we had with the dealership. The one problem of note is that I had filled out contact information on the Ford website. I had not directed that to Parks Ford. I did receive follow up calls from Parks Ford but never spoke with anyone. When we walked into the dealership, our information was already in the system and there was an attempt to direct the sale to the internet team. With all respect, we did not ever deal with the internet team, did not speak with anyone there. We bought a vehicle from Andre and I trust the dealership is appropriate in directing the recognition and reward to him in that regard. More

I have to say that the experience @ Park's Ford was very good. I worked with Johnny Bowers while since is was new was struggling with the computer system. He was always very polite and attentive to my requests and questions. Steve Barranco assisted Johnny to help him with whole process and did not leave the the building till late Saturday nite. Both Johnny & Steve worked very hard to earn my business . I bought a 2013 Expedition! Worked with Carlos on the financing whom was also very good. Overall , I have to say it was a pleasure doing business with Park's Ford. I would recommend these guys and this dealership. I like to support our local business community as I live in Wesley Chapel. Keep up the good work. More

All staff went above and beyond. Javier and shane i worked mostly with and they were very friendly and responsive and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable dealing with a business and people with good bus worked mostly with and they were very friendly and responsive and knowledgeable. Very appreciative when they did the work that needed to be one, they provided a nice loaner and delivered it. Like the idea of an owners day too. Would definitely recommend! More

When I arrived at Parks Ford, I had already picked out the vehicle and wanted to Test Drive. I was told to speak with Shane, who assigned Steve Stultz work with me. We immediatly took the car out on a very thurough test drive. Steve had showed me all the features, as well as telling me more about the car. Every question was answered and I believe Steve is an absolute asset to your dealership. I decided to purchase the 2013 Escape and was sent to Carlos to go over different coverage and additional options for my new purchase. Carlos helped me save extra money by searching for a DMV Tag I didn't know I had. Carlos helped me get my payments within my set budget and before I knew it, The car was mine. During this time, Steve was busy setting up the SYNC with MyFordTouch and had the car all ready to go once I signed the Contract. The entire staff was very curtious and professional. I would certainly recommend any car buying from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. More

The overall experience was very good. I had some pricing issues that I was concerned about and it was handled diplomatically and to my satisfaction. The concern and respect offered to me was of the highest quality. From the Receptionist to the Sales manager in the store everyone was cheerful helpful and courteous. I would like to thank Paul Stokes for professionalism during the post negotions. I would like to especially thank Robert Vido for his cheerful knowledgable service. He was a pleasure to work with before during and after the sale. He knows the product very well and is patient in sharing all aspects of the car and its features. We have had the Fusion for 2 days and are still getting used to it but it is a fun and safe experience to date. More
