Lied to me about brand new ford escape titanium breaking when I went to take delivery. They actually broke the dash from the factory and removed the entire screen and modules and installed one from another when I went to take delivery. They actually broke the dash from the factory and removed the entire screen and modules and installed one from another new car. They would have had me sign all the papers to transfer ownership but I said no, I needed to inspect the car. I found out the next day that they had already repaired the brand new car in the morning before it broke again and the removed the center console. When discussed he next day, no one saw that this is an ethical problem, that the customer has a right to know if the brand new car from the factory has been repaired and parts totally replaced. Customer service told me the general manager would not do anything to make it right and they did not offer to find another car. Rich was the only e who said he would lower the price but he said he could not find another loaded out titanium! So much for " I can get the car in 3 days" for you. Very unethical dealership! Chris Haggerstrom is responsible for me driving all the way from Palm Harbor to Wesley Chapel and Parks Ford. He is one of the best Service Advisors you have! He is honest, reliable, dependable and tells way from Palm Harbor to Wesley Chapel and Parks Ford. He is one of the best Service Advisors you have! He is honest, reliable, dependable and tells it like it is, but when he does it's the truth! Very rare these days! When he was Service Manager at Parks Lincoln he was the only individual who I would let take care of my Grand Marquis (for 11 years)or my Mercury Mariner when I leased it. I don't believe you could find a better qualified Service Advisor in the Tampa Bay Area. If he goes away from Parks Ford, so do I! As an elder citizen it is imperative that I can take my vehicle to someone who I know will tell me the truth...even if I don't want to hear it. He is also responsible for introducing me to the best Certified Product Consultant I have ever encountered at a dealership. Frank Lacey was polite, knowledgeable and did everything he could to meet all my needs in Leasing a Ford Edge...and....he listened and didn't waste my time. I knew Shane Norsworthy at Parks Lincoln and found him to be very pleasant polite and helpful...always willing to put the deal together satisfactorily for everyone. I was on the Board of Directors of The Villages of Wesley Chapel when Ron Parks began building Heritage Ford (now known as Parks Ford). I knew then that it would grow into a good dealership. But it wasn't good enough to make the drive from Pinellas County until Chris Haggerstrom came to your dealership. You have a very valuable employee in Chris and I certainly hope he is recognized by his Superiors favorably for his professionalism and dedication. As long as Chris Haggerstrom is at Parks Ford I will be a repeat customer and so will my friends! More

Everyone at Parks Ford was wonderful, helpful and always smiling. They had the car we were interested in ready and waiting...The salesman, Jim Wood, had all the answers and made sure that we were 100% sati smiling. They had the car we were interested in ready and waiting...The salesman, Jim Wood, had all the answers and made sure that we were 100% satisfied. Jim made sure to SYNC the car to the bluetooth on my cell phone and showed us how to operate it before we left. Mr. Garzon was quick and thorough with the required final paper signing procedures. He had the tag transfer completed even though we did not trade our old vehicle in. All we had to do, literally, was drive the vehicle home, then notify our insurance company. We are extremely pleased with the entire purchase process and will highly recommend Parks Ford to nayone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

We stopped in to see what was new as our lease was ending on our Edge. We saw the new 2013 Escape and loved it. David greeted us with a welcoming smile and helped us negotiate a new lease. I have to admit that this was one of the best new car shopping events I've experienced. And, at my "retired" age, I've had a few. George was an extremely experienced salesperson. He knew the vehicle and was able to fully explain its features. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about the car, my trade and the issues regarding the financing. As with most purchases of this magnitude, there is often snags when it comes to making the deal work, George brought in Sean to help us get over the humps.
