We didn't have to put up with any of the hard sell tactics that can come with car shopping, and the actual purchase experience was great. Shane at Audi Beaverton was great to work with - disarming, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly assertained what might be a good fit for me and, most importantly, did so with making me feel like I was being asked a ton of probing questions. Without prompting, Shane found a perfect CPO car for me that I just fell in love with. After a day or so of peppering Shane with questions via email at all hours of the day and night (that he was quick to respond to, even at 11:30 at night), I decided to purchase. The actual purchase process and experience was simple, painless, and professional. Thanks to all who were involved..! More
