It was a remarkable experience back then especially after having a bad experience with other dealers. We will never go to Honda again! We were at the All Iowa car show back in January in Hyvee Hall and fell in love with the 2018 Camry and the staff at the show were the only ones interested in us and would talk to us. Thus, we went straight to Toyota and Shane when we ready to get another vehicle. Every staff member is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. More

He got back to me quickly and we set up an initial appointment. Impressed with our initial meeting I arranged a test drive. He listened to what I hoped to accomplish on the test, and set up a route that met my needs. In the following days I did some additional research on other brands. He remained in touch with me, but in a good way. When we met again to obtain specific pricing to help with my decision, he was upfront and I believe quite competitive. Once I decided to proceed with Toyota he quickly found the type of vehicle (color/trim) that I requested. The remainder of the transaction was flawless. The finance representative was efficient and quite cordial. The gentleman who did the final check out, how to operate specific functions, etc was exceptional. I am very pleased with the entire process. More
