Whole experience was awesome and Shane is great. We love the Toyota dealership and staff. They listen to to what we want and bend over backwards to accommodate. Shane sold us our RAV4 back in 2009 and we had looked at 6 others before coming to Toyota and Shane. It was a remarkable experience back then especially after having a bad experience with other dealers. We will never go to Honda again! We were at the All Iowa car show back in January in Hyvee Hall and fell in love with the 2018 Camry and the staff at the show were the only ones interested in us and would talk to us. Thus, we went straight to Toyota and Shane when we ready to get another vehicle. Every staff member is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. More
