Steve earned our respect in his knowledge and trust by going out of his way to satisfy our new car purchasing experience. However, the team at Toyota of Des Moines takes a completely different approach to the car buying experience. Shane immediately ask about my needs, desires and requirements for a potential purchase. He listened to my feedback and made the experience a delight. We came to a very fair agreement between us in short amount of time and the decision was made to execute on the deal.
