Sales techniques were very shady & sneaky. Sales person insisted I stay late to finish up deal even though I told her I was very tired & wanted to take delivery on Wed. She threatened she was going out of insisted I stay late to finish up deal even though I told her I was very tired & wanted to take delivery on Wed. She threatened she was going out of town & I might have to work with the guy who didn’t keep his mask on. Agreed upon sales price was wrong on financing paperwork & she couldn’t produce the final paper with the agreed upon sales price. I am considering reporting them to the AG / CFPB. Called manager to complain. His response was “they were there to sell cars” & he’d look into it & call me back, but never did. More

Terrible customer service and a lot of hidden prices. Add $2,000 to the price they have listed after they add $1,000 for a paint treatment they claim to put on every vehicle and whatever else they can come u $2,000 to the price they have listed after they add $1,000 for a paint treatment they claim to put on every vehicle and whatever else they can come up with. They also charged me 600 bucks for illegal window tint they put on the vehicle. It took three weeks and many many phone calls to get my money back. I would highly suggest you spend your money at another place. This dealer and it’s employees is exactly what you think of when you hear “used car salesmen”. More

One of the buttons for my home link system had stopped working so I had to program the center button. I contacted Rapids Honda and made an appointment.
