Vehicle service department gets a 5 The people that apply the Auto Butler treatments don't do a very good job. I paid $59 to have the interior sanitized and cleaned, the windshield looks The people that apply the Auto Butler treatments don't do a very good job. I paid $59 to have the interior sanitized and cleaned, the windshield looks like you are looking through a prism. A dirty cloth must have been used. The floor was not vacuumed and the windshield has over spray on the outside and I can't get it off so I'm looking through a bunch of spots. I plan on calling the service department and have them follow through cleaning what the Auto Butler people didn't do properly More

Not great Have been to this dealership a few times for oil changes and most times were great. My most recent visit however was not. I called to schedule an oil Have been to this dealership a few times for oil changes and most times were great. My most recent visit however was not. I called to schedule an oil change for 11:15 and was told would take approx 1 hour to complete as I worked at 1pm. They have a nice viewing area of the work area to watch your car get worked on. My vehicle wasn't pulled around to get work done until almost 12. The gentleman that was working on it was definitely not in the mood to work as he was certainly taking his time. I didn't get out of there until 1pm and was late to work. Would rather have paid the same amount and got it changed at Valvoline and been done and out of there in 20 min. More

0 out of 5 stars-cannot recommend! My purchase experience was just mediocre and clouded by a chauvinistic salesman. My service experience was much much worse and a vehicle that was just into it's 3rd year n was just mediocre and clouded by a chauvinistic salesman. My service experience was much much worse and a vehicle that was just into it's 3rd year needed substantial work. Some of the worst people to deal with here are the management. Ken Grantwit doesn't give a rip about customers, he'd much rather cover for his cronies like Lance Spah who are TERRIBLE at being service managers. I was lied to, bait and switched and stolen from at this dealership. Don't buy here and definitely don't get an extended warranty they sell you! More

Glad I got my tires replaced at this dealership I needed new tires and was given a quote by Rapids Honda which was comparable to the quote I had gotten from a tires only shop. I took a chance havin I needed new tires and was given a quote by Rapids Honda which was comparable to the quote I had gotten from a tires only shop. I took a chance having Rapids do my tires because their quote included an alignment. Imagine my surprise when I learned that the tires were now on a "buy 3 get 1 free deal". But, it gets better. WHile changing the tires, the service guy noted that one of my tire hubs was broken and replacing it was covered under my cars drive train warranty. Had I chosen my other local tire shop, there's no way they would have been able to take care of the broken tire hub. More

Awesome! In for multiple services on a 2006 Ridgeline, in for 2 days, free loaner vehicle. I 'knew' I needed brakes! Come to find out I didn't. Another gara In for multiple services on a 2006 Ridgeline, in for 2 days, free loaner vehicle. I 'knew' I needed brakes! Come to find out I didn't. Another garage may have replaced them, even though it wasn't needed. Definitely return for future services needed. Super nice, and helpful staff! More
