Fix my vehicle when others couldn't Chad and Shane kept me inform on what was happening with my vehicle every time I brought it in. I brought my vehicle and to Luther Honda St cloud wher Chad and Shane kept me inform on what was happening with my vehicle every time I brought it in. I brought my vehicle and to Luther Honda St cloud where I bought my vehicle, to have the heating and air fixed the USB port fixed, they did noting at Luther to fix it. Brought into Rapids Honda they were both fixed. Still trying to find out what's wrong with my brake light and brake stopping suddenly and radio screen going black and not working. They southern or errors on system so they are not sure what's wrong. I'm just happy that in the last year-and-a-half I have had this car I've never had heat before had to plug in a space heater. Happy they could fix it, along with having the USB port not cutting in and out on me. That was happening since I got the vehicle. Thank you Rapids Honda More

Definitely 5 Star Service! Both of my experiences at Rapids Honda were definitely 5 Star! November 15th is the second time Service Writer, Shane Stegeman, went above and beyond Both of my experiences at Rapids Honda were definitely 5 Star! November 15th is the second time Service Writer, Shane Stegeman, went above and beyond for me. Let me explain further. In June of 2019 I brought my car, 2018 Honda Civic, to Brookdale Honda for an oil change & tire rotation and there was a error in the mileage noted on my invoice. I called Brookdale Honda and they said they would correct the problem. That never happened. When I brought the car in for service on November 1st to Rapids Honda, I pointed out the error to Shane and showed him my previous invoices. He immediately corrected the error in the system. After my service was completed that same day I mentioned to Shane that I was having problems syncing my cell with with Blue Tooth etc. I further explained the problem and told him I was "frustrated". Shane took a few minutes and simply showed me the error of my ways! Again on November 15th I brought my car into Rapids Honda. I was distraught. I had backed out of the garage and broke off the passenger side mirror! Initially he told me that he would order the part and have it in a day or two and I could come back. Shane and another employee overhearing the conversation checked further and discovered that the part was in stock and it could be replaced the same day! Life doesn't get better! I am so very grateful to Shane for being so willing to always go above and beyond! More

amazing ! Jorge Espinosa and all the Rapids Honda team made things go by fast and easy. I knew what I wanted and he helped me find it!
