Best dealership!! I've been to other Honda dealership's before and have had terrible experiences so when I went to Rapids Honda I was hesitant. But the service departme I've been to other Honda dealership's before and have had terrible experiences so when I went to Rapids Honda I was hesitant. But the service department and other floor staff are so friendly and helpful! I made an appointment the night before, which there was plenty of appointments available. I expected to wait more than an hour, like I had at other Honda dealership's, but to my very pleasant surprise it was less than 30 minutes! I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone! More

I receive alot of service coupons by email from Brookdale but have only gotten 1 smaller mailer coupon from CR about a month ago that I couldn't use. Not sure why that is.
