The Ford Raptor R is an extremely rare, high-performance vehicle, and it is standard practice—industry-wide—to first discuss purchase terms before arranging a test drive. This protects both the customer’s time and the integrity of the vehicle. We explained this policy up front. Despite your insistence to skip this step, we ultimately accommodated your request and allowed you to drive the truck. Your suggestion that you were denied the opportunity is simply inaccurate. Our team handled the situation professionally and directly, without games or hidden agendas. For future readers, please understand that with specialty and high-demand vehicles, it is common and reasonable for dealers to confirm purchase parameters before test drives. This ensures serious buyers receive the attention they deserve and that the vehicle remains in top condition for those genuinely prepared to purchase. We remain committed to treating every guest with respect and providing a straightforward, transparent process, whether for a first-time buyer or a customer looking at one of the most exclusive trucks on the market.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, your version of events still misses the core of my concern. At no point prior to my arrival was I informed that I would be required to discuss “purchase terms” before being allowed to test drive the Raptor R. I understand and respect that high-performance vehicles require extra care, but the manner in which this was presented was abrupt, dismissive, and left me feeling unwelcome. Policies are one thing — how those policies are communicated is another. It’s also important to clarify: while I was eventually permitted to drive the vehicle, this only happened after a tense interaction that set a negative tone for the entire visit. The issue was never simply about access to the truck — it was about the treatment I received as a serious buyer walking into your dealership ready to engage. I stand by my feedback. Customer service is more than just following a process — it’s about creating an experience where people feel respected and valued. In this case, that standard wasn’t met.
