I’m a bit of a health nut who’s completed over 30 half marathons and 4 full marathons — proof that persistence really is a superpower. "DO NOT" buy a car from this dealer. They have the bait and switch down to an art form. I contacted them about a used Nissan Murano last Saturday they had advertised. I was told the car was not there and it was being detailed and it would be back on Monday. No problem. Tony contacted me Thursday evening and asked if I wanted to check out the car on Friday. We agreed on Friday at 9:00 am. I drove 60 miles to see the car at our scheduled time but was told when I got there the car was sold "late" last night to a Nissan dealership. Really? Why didn't you let me know that night? Not to worry, however, they would love to get me into another high quality SUV they happen to have on site. Um, no! Beware and don't trust these guys. More

The service department is exceptional. .Check my separate review for the sales department .If you buy a Ford ,a good service department is important .My previous Ford spent most of its lif .Check my separate review for the sales department .If you buy a Ford ,a good service department is important .My previous Ford spent most of its life driving through Western Washington in search of a service department that would do warranty work .Finally got the last recall done at Port Orchard Ford. Sold that Ford then ordered a Maverick from Port Orchard Ford to show my appreciation for their service department. More
